HOPE HOUSE COLORADO

WE DON’T WASTE

Help cut down on both food waste and food insecurity in our local communities by participating in a variety of volunteer opportunities at We Don’t Waste, including providing food to mobile food markets, sorting and preparing food for distribution, or even participating in food recovery on your own time with the free We Rescue app! COLORADO YOUTH FOR A CHANGE

This year, Colorado Youth for a Change supported 1,173 students on their path toward high school graduation or completing their GED. They are celebrating their 20 year anniversary with a $20 per month giving campaign. Click here to donate!

BRAIN INJURY ASSOCIATION OF COLORADO

Brain Injury Association of Colorado supports people struggling with the effects of a brain injury, stroke, or concussion through education, recreation, support groups, and Valor on the Fax (housing specifically designed for individuals experiencing disability from a traumatic brain injury). Register to volunteer at or participate in their upcoming Pikes Peak Challenge. More information here.

NORTH LITTLETON PROMISE

Help support our immigrant friends and neighbors in the Littleton area by getting connected with North Littleton Promise. Practice English or Spanish at their community bilingual nights, sign up to volunteer at or attend their Fiesta Fundraiser on September 19th, donate snacks this summer, or become a weekly volunteer in the fall. ELEVATED DENVER

A huge announcement from Elevated Denver, one of our 2024 grantees: As of June 2nd, they’ve opened their first Connection Hub! The Community Resource Connection Hub is a pilot project offering free, one-on-one support to help neighbors find and connect with the resources they need to stay in their homes or regain stability.
